　　爱情还未开始就即将结束。命运的安排真是阴差阳错，让人黯然神伤。

　　Director Introduction:

　　Anup Kurian had his schooling and graduate studies in Kottayam. He did his Masters in Computer Applications in Hans Rover College, Trichy before joining the FTII (Film and Television Institute of India) in1996 and was awarded the Diploma in Production.

　　For the last 3 years Anup has been running Visual Possibility Inc., a media production house based in Chicago and India. is his first feature project.

　　MANASAROVAR has already won him both the Aravindan Puraskaram and Gollapudi Srinivas National Award for the Best Debut Director in India. In January 2005, MANASAROVAR was awarded the Best Film at the International Film Festival, Mumbai.

　　Film Introduction:

　　MANASAROVAR is about coincidences that hurt people. It is a love story that ends before it begins. Ravi Roy meets Malathy Chandran in Pune on a short visit and falls in love with her. A few years later, Ravi’s brother, George happens to meet Malathy. She learns from him that Ravi had disappeared and her past comes back through the letters they wrote to each other. She realizes that her predicament was one of no choices.

　　Shot extensively in Maharashtra, Kerala and Himachal Pradesh, MANASAROVAR takes you across the rugged landscapes of the Deccan Plateau, greenery of Kerala and the serenity of Dharamsala.

　　The film’s music is the outcome of the efforts of several foreign artists, and promises a new musical experiences for Indian filmgoers. The theme song of the film, ”Falling Through The Clouds”, is composed and rendered by Irish group RANDOM.
