姚井明

　　姚井明，固定通信网络集团执行副总裁，现任上海贝尔阿尔卡特股份有限公司执行副总裁，负责固定通信网络集团的日常工作。

　　此前，姚井明是上海贝尔阿尔卡特副总裁，全面负责语音网络事业部的工作。

　　姚井明有超过17年的从业经历。1986年他从上海交通大学计算机科学系毕业后即加入上海贝尔，从事软件开发，随后又相继担任了通用软件及计费开发经理、技术开发部经理、技术开发部及用户服务部经理等职务。他还曾担任上海贝尔交换网络事业部总经理，负责事业部的市场营销、产品管理及研发。

　　姚井明从上海交通大学本科毕业。2000年他获得中欧工商管理学院（CEIBS）EMBA学位。

　　Yao Jingming is Executive Vice President of Alcatel Shanghai Bell. He is in charge of the overall management of the business and operations of Fixed Communications Group.

　　Before this appointment, Yao Jingming was Vice President of Alcatel Shanghai Bell, taking up the responsibility of business operations of Voice Network Division in ASB.

　　Yao Jingming has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications. He joined Shanghai Bell in 1986 as R&D software engineer and then held various management positions within Shanghai Bell, including Manger of Generic and Charging Development, Director of Technical Development Dept and Director of Customer Service Department. In Oct 2001 Yao Jingming was appointed as General Manager of Switching Network Division, in charge of the business and operation of switching business.

　　Yao Jingming is a graduate of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He received his EMBA degree from CEIBS in 2000.
