黎瑞刚2002年10月至今担任上海文广新闻传媒集团总裁。2002年4月至10月任上海文化广播影视集团总裁助理。2001年夏至2002年4月在美国哥伦比亚大学担任访问学者。1998年至2001年任上海广播电视局总编室副主任，并调任政府机关工作。1997年创办《新闻观察》栏目并任制片人。1994年至1997年获得复旦大学新闻学硕士学位，并进入上海电视台，任专题片、纪录片编导。

Mr. Li Ruigang is the president of Shanghai Media Group. Prior to his current assignment, he was the assistant to President of Shanghai Media & Entertainment Group between April and October, 2002. He started his career in broadcast journalism as an editor, then producer at Shanghai TV Station. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Li worked at Shanghai Municipal Government. Mr. Li holds Bachelor and Master Degree in Journalism from Fudan University in China. He was visiting scholar at Columbia University in 2001.
