　　上海文广互动电视有限公司（SiTV）于2001年12月31日正式成立，是经上海市委宣传部批准，获得国家广电总局许可开办有线电视视频点播试播业务的经营主体，是上海数字电视业务运营主体之一。

　　上海文广互动电视有限公司从2002年9月28日率先在全国开播数字电视至今，已推出了110套数字广播电视节目，其中自我集成的数字电视节目30套，播出数字节目近5万小时，每周节目更新量达到650小时，节目播出规模居全国第一，数字节目集成能力全国领先。

　　2004年8月3日，上海文广互动电视有限公司经国家广电总局批准开办SiTV全国性广播电视有线数字付费频道集成运营机构。从2004年 9月9日起，SiTV全国性广播电视有线数字付费频道集成运营平台进行卫星上传信号测试至今，上海文广互动电视有限公司已通过全国有线数字付费频道集成运营平台将14套自办的全国付费频道以卫星传送方式向全国播出。

　　上海文广互动电视有限公司秉承“开放、合作、共赢”的经营理念，本着“用户低门槛，节目高质量，网络有利益，平台能支撑”的原则，力争与数字付费电视经营各方形成产业合力，共同拓展市场空间，推进数字电视发展。截止到2005年5月，已与各地32家有线网络运营商签订了合作协议，覆盖全国数字付费电视用户45万户，是中国目前规模最大的有线数字付费频道集成运营机构。

　　2003年8月23日，上海文广互动电视有限公司正式导入ISO9001质量管理体系，并通过了国际知名权威认证机构BSI的认证审核，成为全国首家以公司为建制的电视传媒机构的获证单位。

　　Shanghai Interactive Television Co., Ltd. （SiTV）is founded in December, 2001. Approved by Propaganda Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and authorized by State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), SiTV is the managing entity to run cable VOD and digital TV business in Shanghai.

　　Since SiTV’s trial operation from Sep. 28, 2002, it has launched 110 digital audio and video channels in Shanghai. Among them, 30 channels’ programs are self-integrated, with its annual broadcasting time reaching 50,000 hours, weekly updating program 650 hours. SiTV temporarily ranks first in broadcasting capacities in China and keeps leading in the field of content integration as well.

　　Authorized by SARFT on Aug. 3, 2004, SiTV became a nationwide digital pay TV integration institution. Since Sep.9, 2004 when SiTV started the test of Satellite broadcasting, SiTV has successfully transmitted 14 self-integrated pay TV channels nationwide through this integration platform.

　　With the managing theory of “opening-up, cooperative, mutual benefit” and followed by the principle of “low access conditions, high quality programs, sustainable integration platform and beneficial to partners”, SiTV is endeavored to cooperate with all related operators so as to explore the huge market and promote the development of China’s digital TV industry. By the end of last month, SiTV has reached cooperative agreement with 32 provincial or municipal operators, covering 450,000 digital pay TV subscribers.

　　From March 2003, the IS09001 Quality Management System was introduced into the SiTV’s operation. In Aug 2003, SiTV became the first media corporation obtaining international quality system attestation by BSI.

　　Taking the industrialization of digital TV as an important opportunity, SiTV aims to be a nationwide content integrator, a well-known digital pay TV operator, and a multimedia content and information service provider whose business crosses over different regions of China.
