2013BICW北京国际作曲大师班 报名方式及要求

　　基本报名材料：

　　所有报名者需提供以下材料，以电子邮件（邮件标题格式为: 2013BICW+姓名+申请学员类别）或邮寄方式提交申请材料。免报名费。

　　1.中英文简历

　　2.身份证或护照复印件

　　3.完整填写并签名的报名表格（报名表可自行复印或者从网上下载）申请A类学员须提供的附加报名材料：

　　1.为4-7位演奏者创作的室内乐作品，作品总长度约10分钟以内。

　　编制如下：

　　西洋乐器：长笛（兼短笛），单簧管（兼低音单簧管），小提琴，中提琴，大提琴，钢琴，

　　中国乐器：琵琶，古筝，胡琴（二胡，中胡，板胡），笙。

　　作品编制须至少包含一件中国乐器。

　　2.提供1首近年创作的室内乐作品乐谱（PDF格式）及该作品音响（mp3格式或CD文件）

　　10位入选A类学员名单将于2013年6月15日在中央音乐学院网页上公布（https://www.ccom.edu.cn/ &https://en.ccom.edu.cn），组委会同时将通过电子邮件方式通知入选A类学员本人。

　　以上材料和新作品交稿时间:北京时间2013年6月1日24时前（收到作品日）。请提交总谱（A4或letter size大小、打印并装订、含乐曲简介）及分谱（无需装订）各1份，并通过电子邮件方式提交总分谱PDF文件）

　　申请B类学员须提供的附加报名材料：

　　提供1首近年创作的室内乐作品乐谱（PDF格式）及该作品音响（mp3格式或CD文件）以上材料须在北京时间2013年6月25日24时前寄达（收到申请材料日）。

　　申请C类学员只需提供基本报名材料

　　报名截止日期：北京时间2013年6月25日24时前寄达（收到申请材料日）。申请A类学员者可同时选择B类与C类；申请B类学员者可同时申请C类；C类学员可直接申请。未被选入A类或B类学员者，组委会将根据申请者意愿将之纳入B类或C类，或放弃参加大师班。

　　BICW Committee will suggest applicants who are not selectedinto Category A and/or B to participate BICW as auditors Category C or withdraw the workshop, according to the applicant’s application form.

　　APPLICATION TO COMPOSERS CATEGORY A

　　Submit the following application materials via email, with the title “2013 BICW+ name of applicant (Category A)” to

　　beijingicw@gmail.com:

　　• Resume (English and Chinese version, if applicable)

　　• One recent work in PDF version

　　•Recordings of submitted work in mp3 or CD format

　　• Photocopy of Identity Card or passport

　　•Application form signed by the applicant

　　•Score of the new chamber work for 4-7 instruments chosen from the following instruments: flute (doubling piccolo),clarinet (doubling bass clarinet), violin, viola, cello, piano, Chinese instruments (selected from pipa, zheng, huqin[er hu, zhong hu, ban hu], and sheng). Duration: less than ten minutes.

　　•Deadline for receiving applications (including the proposal, program notes: 12am June 1, 2013 (NOT postmark).

　　•If electronic submission of the application materials is not applicable, hard copy should be included

　　• Deadline for receiving the completed new works: 12am June 1, 2013 (NOT postmark). Submit one hard copy of bounded full score (in proper size), including program notes, and one hard copy of a set of unbounded parts (in letter or A4 size). In addition, please submit PDF version of full score and parts via email as well.

　　• Selected composers Category A will be notified by email on June 15, 2013. The name list will also be posted on the website of the Composition Department of the Central Conservatory of Music at https://www.ccom.edu.cn/ & https:// en.ccom.edu.cn/.No application fees.
