　　郑晓龙（中国）

　　1984年至2004年期间，先后担任北京电视艺术中心副主任、主任，在任期间曾策划组织了多部在国内引起强烈轰动效应的电视剧，多部作品获“飞天奖”、“金鹰奖”和“五个一工程奖”。并在中国电视剧事业发展史上创下了一个又一个辉煌的“第一”。如第一部长篇电视连续剧《四世同堂》、第一部长篇室内剧《渴望》、第一部幽默轻喜剧《编辑部的故事》、第一部春节贺岁片《万事如意》、第一部编年史风格的电视剧《一年又一年》等。

　　1991-1992年，郑晓龙作为电影《大撒把》和《遭遇激情》的编剧，曾获金鸡奖最佳编剧提名奖。1993年，由他亲自执导的电视连续剧《北京人在纽约》是中国第一部以自身资产抵押贷款、全部在境外拍摄的电视剧，该剧荣获第十届“飞天奖”、“五个一”工程奖和第十二届“金鹰奖”。1996年，郑晓龙与全国28家省级电视台签约开办了中国首家国产电视剧精品剧场《长青藤剧场》，年播出量达300多集。1999年，郑晓龙指导的电视连续剧《一年又一年》荣获全国第二十届“飞天奖”、“五个一工程”奖、第十八届电视剧“金鹰奖”电视剧提名奖、第十届北京市“十个一工程”奖、首届老舍文学创作奖。

　　2000年，郑晓龙执导拍摄电影《刮痧》，该片是郑晓龙的首部电影作品。《刮痧》的公映成绩斐然，取得当时票房第一，并荣获多项电影奖，包括百花奖最佳男配角奖、华表奖特别奖、中国电影大奖第一名、北京市十个一工程奖、金鸡奖音乐奖等。

　　2002年，郑晓龙执导了电视剧《永不放弃》，荣获第二十届中国电视“金鹰奖”、北京市“春燕杯奖”、第十届“中国人口文化奖”一等奖。

　　Xiaolong Zheng (China)

　　During 1984 to 2004, as the vice-director and director of Beijing TV Art Center successively, he had planned and organized lots of TV series that aroused intensive effect in China. A large number of productions had been awarded the most prestigious honors of the Chinese TV Industry, such as the “Apsara Award”, the “Golden Eagle Award” as well as the “5-1 Achievement Award”. And he set up the splendid firsts one by one in the development of Chinese TV series history. Such as: “Four Generations under One Roof” that is the first full-length TV series of China；“Expectation” that is the first full-length studio-produced TV series of China；“Stories from The Editorial Board” that is the first TV-Comedy show of China；“Happy Chinese New Year” that is the first Chinese New Year Celebration-Special；“Years after Years” that is the first chronicle style TV series of China.

　　From 1991 to 1992, he won the nomination for Gold Chook for best script as the scriptwriter of “Da Sa Ba” and “Love Encounter” (feature film).

　　In 1993, as the director, he shot TV serial “A Native of Beijing in New York”, which was the first major TV production of China, financed through private mortgage, and shot entirely on location abroad. It had been awarded the 10th “Apsara Award”, the “5-1 Achievement Award” and the 12th “Golden Eagle Award”.

　　In 1996, he and 28 provincial TV Stations introduced a first high quality TV plays column titled “Ivy TV Theater”. More than 300 episodes were produced by Beijing TV Art Center every year.

　　In 1999, as the director, he shot TV serial “Years after Years”. It had been awarded the 20th “Apsara Award”, the “5-1 Achievement Award”, the Nomination for the 18th “Golden Eagle Award” for TV-series productions, the 10th Beijing “10-1 Achievement Award” and the first “Lao She Literature Creation Award”.

　　In 2000, as the director, he shot “GuaSha-The Treatment”, which was his first film production and got the brilliant success and obtained the number one in box office. It won a lot of awards such as the “Bai hua Award for best supporting actor”, “Hua biao Especial Award”, the number one of the Chinese Film Award, the Beijing “10-1 Achievement Award”, the “Gold Chook for Music Award” and so on.

　　In 2002, as the director, he shot TV serial “Never Give-up”. It had been awarded the 20th “Golden Eagle Award” for TV-series, Beijing “Spring Swallow Cup Award” and the first prize at 10th “China Population Culture Award”.

　　李殷珪（韩国）

　　自1982年起担任韩国文化放送（MBC）制片人。文化放送是韩国三大主要电视网之一，在制作打破收视率纪录的电视剧方面享有坚实的声誉。所以，在韩国，文化放送和“电视剧之地”同义。

　　李殷珪1977年从汉城国立大学德国文学专业毕业以来，加入文化放送担任电视制片。之后，他担任过许多重要职位，包括电视制作部高级制片、主要制片、执行制片。在文化放送的这些年，李殷珪制片并导演了二十多部长期收视排名前几位的节目。其中，演了二十年并被越南电视台引进的《小县年史》以及迷你系列剧《有限的天空》受到国际观众的欢迎和支持。

　　现在，李殷珪是电视部高级制片人，刚完成人气很旺的迷你系列剧《礼物》的制片工作。2002年，李殷珪还担任了美国国际艾美奖的终评评委。

　　Eun-Ghu Lee (Korea)

　　Eun-Ghu Lee has been a producer of Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) since 1982. MBC is one of the three major television networks in Korea. MBC has build up a solid reputation for producing record-breaking dramas. Hence, MBC is synonymously referred to as the “Drama Land” of Korea.

　　After graduating from Seoul National University in 1977, majoring in German literature, Lee began his career at MBC as a TV producer. He was promoted to several positions, including senior producer, chief producer, and executive producer in the TV production department. Throughout his years at MBC, Lee produced and directed over twenty long-running top rated programs. Of those, “The County Chronicle,” a 20 year running drama, was exported to Vietnam and a mini-series titled ”The Skies the Limit” had a successful launch in China. Both programs have received warm welcome and support from the international audience.

　　Currently, Lee is the senior producer in the TV Department, having just finished producing the popular mini-series “The Gift.” He also served as a jury member for the final judging of the International Emmy Awards in 2002.

　　文森佐·克拉米（意大利）

　　文森佐·克拉米就读罗马大学物理系期间就曾参与多部帕索里尼电影的制作，并担任帕索里尼影片《老鹰和麻雀》（1966）的助理导演。

　　1976年出版第一本小说，该小说后来被改编成十分成功的一部影片。1978年出版第二本小说，之后不断出版诗集、小说等。

　　除了对文学的追求外，克拉米还为剧院和电影进行创作。他曾为一些主要的意大利和法国戏剧公司写过几部剧本。同时，与几位作曲家共同创作了多部歌剧。

　　与此同时，克拉米参与了多部影片的编剧。特别是1997年由其和意大利国宝级人物罗伯特·贝贝尼合作编剧的《美丽人生》，获得包括奥斯卡最佳外语片奖、戛纳影展评审团大奖在内的二十八项国际大奖，片子在戛纳电影节试映时，全体观众起立鼓掌长达12分钟之久。

　　80年代中期开始，克拉米作为专业记者为几家报社撰稿。

　　他还是罗马电影试验中心编剧系和罗马大学文学创作系教授。

　　Vincenzo Cerami (Italy)

　　During Vincenzo Cerami’s study in the Faculty of Physics at Rome University, he worked in the set of several Pasolini’s films and was his assistant director for The Hawks and the Sparrows (1966).

　　In 1976 Cerami published his first novel which was then made into a very successful film by Mario Monicelli, starring Alberto Sordi. In 1978 he published his second novel followed other poems and novels.

　　Besides his literary pursuits, Cerami wrote for the theatre and cinema. He has written several plays for the major Italian and French theatre companies. He also collaborates with some composers and wrote together several musical tales.

　　Meanwhile, he has collaborated to the scripts of many films. Especially, the Life Is Beautiful (1997) won many international awards (among them the Jury Special Award at the Cannes Film Festival 1998 and three Oscar Awards 1999; in the same occasion the film received also seven nominations from the Academy of Motion Pictures and one for Vincenzo Cerami’s best original screenplay).

　　In the mid eighties Cerami began to write for several newspapers as a professional journalist.

　　He has been professor of screenwriting at Rome’s Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and of creative writing at Rome University.

　　罗杰·S·克里斯蒂安森(美国)

　　罗杰·S·克里斯蒂安森是美国导演协会的成员，身兼导演、副导演和技术协调人于一身。他参与导演的电视剧《老友记》（又名《六人行》）从1994年开拍以来，多次荣获艾美奖提名以及得奖。罗杰目前在UPN的《女友》中任副导演。

　　此外，罗杰执导过数集情景喜剧《出走的苏珊》和《为了你的爱》，参与过多部电视剧的制作，在红极一时的法国情景喜剧《吹牛记》中出任导演和剪辑顾问。罗杰在尤金·奥尼尔戏剧中心担任过20年的电视剧制作主任，在桑迪斯学院担任过10年制作部主任。他还以自由人的身份在纽约做过10年的广告导演和摄影师。

　　学术方面，他曾任教于康涅狄格大学、哥伦比亚大学、亨特大学和犹他大学，迄今为止已经在南加州大学电影电视学院任教16年。他还在古巴的国际电影学校、台湾台北电影中心、比利时弗莱比什媒体学院、康涅狄格国家戏剧学院、日本东京大学和镰田大学开设过讲座。

　　Roger S. Christiansen (U.S.A)

　　Roger S. Christiansen is a member of the Directors Guild of America as a director, associate director, and technical coordinator. He directed and associate directed on the television show Friends and is associate directing on the UPN show Girlfriends. Roger has directed several episodes of the sitcoms Suddenly Susan and For Your Love. He has also worked on many television shows. He was also the directing and editing consultant on the highly successful French Sitcom “Blague A Part”.

　　Roger was head of television production at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center for 20 years and head of production at the Sundance Institute for 10 years. Roger has also worked as a freelance commercial director/cameraman in New York City for 10 years.

　　Academically he has taught at Connecticut College, Columbia University, Hunter College, University of Utah and is in his 16th year at the University of Southern California, School of Cinema-Television. Roger has also lectured at the International film school in Cuba, Taiwan Film Center in Taipei, Flemish Media Institute in Belgium, National Theater Institute in Connecticut, Tokyo University of Technology and Kamata College in Japan.

　　卢卡斯·施密特（德国）

　　1965年出生，曾在德国吉森、英国莱切斯特、美国威斯康星洲曼迪逊学习当代历史（文学硕士）、政治学和法律。读书期间他已经为几家电视台（Vox, 3sat, ZDF）和制作公司担任自由撰稿人。1997年起，成为德国电视二台（ZDF）“小电视游戏”节目的责任总编，负责节目从选题、策划、拍摄到制作、发行的整个流程。卢卡斯·施密特是ZDF最有经验也是最成功的总编之一。

　　卢卡斯曾参与制作过的电影包括：在国际电影节上获奖的影片《英国！》、瑞典哥德堡国际电影节最佳影片《NOI ALBINOI》、西班牙圣塞巴斯蒂安展映影片《猪会飞》、瑞士洛卡诺国际电影节展映实验影片《幸福是一把温柔的枪》、纪录片《摄影》以及纪录片《羽翼丰满》等。

　　卢卡斯·施密特是电视实验室“量子”小组以及欧洲电影制片人培训中心EAVE的成员。此外，他还担任科隆国际电影学院剧本顾问。

　　Lucas Schmidt (Germany)

　　Lucas Schmidt was born in 1965, studies in Contemporary History (M.A.), Politics and Law in Giessen (Germany), Leicester (GB), and Madison (Wisconsin/USA). During this time, free-lance author for various broadcasters (Vox, 3sat, ZDF) and production companies. Since 1997 he has become commissioning editor, ZDF-Department ‘Das kleine Fernsehspiel’.

　　Working examples (development and supervision) include England! (international festival achievements, Prix Europa Best Fiction Programme, Grimme Finalist), Noi Albinoi (Awards for the best film at international festival in Angers and Göteborg), Pigs Will Fly (screening at International Film Festival San Sebastian), Happiness Is A Warm Gun (experimental movie screening at International Film Festival Locarno), documentary Die Kanzlermacher and documentary Aufnahme (Best Documentary at Duisburger Filmwoche).

　　Lucas Schmidt is also member of the TV Laboratory ‘quantum’ and ‘Decision Maker’ at EAVE (Les entrpreneurs de l’audiovisuel européen), the European Training Programme for film producers and script consultant and lecturer at the International Film School, Cologne.

　　纪录片组

　　褚嘉骅（中国）

　　上海文广新闻传媒集团总裁助理、主任编辑，中国纪录片学术委员会常务副会长。原为中央电视台军事部新闻部副主任、主任记者。从事电视工作二十多年来，在重大题材纪录片和人文电视纪录片的创作中进行了不懈的追求和努力。曾采访过尼克松、撒切尔、村山富士、德斯坦、江泽民、胡锦涛、李鹏、朱镕基等多位重要人物，拍摄、编导了大量优秀电视作品，包括大型纪录片《毛泽东》、《邓小平》、《大阅兵》、《世纪》、《使命》、《东方之光》等。近年来，他撰写的关于纪录片创作的论文先后在《电视研究》、《新闻记者》、《中国广播电视》等刊物发表。

　　1993年至今，共获全国一等奖七个、中国电视大奖两个、中国电视“金鹰奖”四个。2002年，获“中国百佳电视艺术工作者”和“中国百佳新闻工作者”称号。

　　Chu Jiahua (China)

　　President assistant and chief editor of Shanghai Media Group. Administrative Vice Chairman of China Academic Committee on Television Documentary. Originally he was Deputy Director and Chief Reporter of Military Program Department of CCTV.

　　During over 20 years in the TV industry, Chu has worked hard on the production of significant-subject documentaries and documentaries of big people. He has interviewed many important people like Nixon, Thatcher, Fuji Murayama, D’Estaing, Jiang Zeming, Hu Jintao, Li Peng, Zhu Rongji, etc. and directed many excellent TV programs, including Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Big Parade, The Century, The Mission, Light of the East, etc. In recent years, Chu’s theses on documentary production have been published on TV Research, News Reporter, China Broadcasting and Television and other publications.

　　Chu has till now achieved seven national first prizes, two China TV prizes and four China TV “Golden Eagle” prizes. In 2002, he was awarded “National 100 Outstanding TV Artists” and “National 100 Outstanding Journalists”.

　　梁碧波(中国)

　　成都电视台经济频道主任记者。2000年以来兼任四川大学电影电视系客座教授。

　　从事电视艺术10年来，共计获国际大奖3项、国际提名11次、国家级奖8项。被授予全国“百佳电视艺术工作者”等称号。主要获奖作品有：《冬天》，第15届中国电视金鹰奖最佳短纪录片奖；第15届中国电视金鹰奖最佳纪录片摄影奖；《三节草》，第20 届法国国际真实电影节特别奖；《婚事》，2000匈牙利国际视觉艺术节大奖，2000年第五届罗马尼亚阿斯特拉国际纪录片电影节大奖。其纪录片作品已在12个国家的电影节以及日本NHK、法国ARTE（法国国家文艺台）、澳大利亚SBS和芬兰国家电视台、罗马尼亚国家电视台等主流媒体播出。多次应邀赴美国、法国、荷兰、意大利、德国、澳大利亚等地出席国际电影节和学术研讨等国际学术活动。2001年1月至7月，以电影电视访问学者身份赴美国讲学和交流。2002年再次赴美参加国际学术会议。

　　Liang Bibo (China)

　　Liang Bibo, the chief reporter of Chengdu Economic TV Station, works in the TV station since October 1992. He is also the guest professor in the Film & TV Department of Sichuan University.

　　With over 10 years’ experience in documentary filmmaking, Bibo has won 3 international prizes and 8 national prizes. His films have been selected and shown in 12 international film festivals in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, America, Hungary, Romania, Estonia and Brazil. He is also one of the National 100 Outstanding TV Artists. His films include Winter (Best Short Documentary Film of the 15th Golden Eagle Prize of China; Best Cameraman on Documentary Film of the 15th Golden Eagle Prize of China); San Jjie Cao (Special Mention of International Judges, 20e Cinema du Reel，Paris, France, 1998); Marriage (Best Documentary Film of the Mediawave’2000-International Festival of Visual Arts, Gyôr, Hungary, 2000; Best Documentary Film of the 5th Astra Film Festival; International Festival of Documentary Film, Romania, 2000). His films are shown in NHK (Japan), ARTE (France), SBS (Australia), and other mainstream medias of Finland and Romania. He attended several international film academic conferences in the US, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Australia. From January 2001 to July 2001, he conducted researches on documentary films, television programs and media management in the USA, as the Visiting Fellow of the Asian Cultural Council (ACC), an affiliate of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. 2002 he was again invited to attend an international conference in the USA.

　　玛莎.康博(美国)

　　玛莎·康博是国家地理频道资深导演、国家地理特别节目制作主管、国家地理电视制作主管。

　　作为国家地理频道资深导演，主要代表国家地理电视管理所有的委托制作节目，同时她负责的工作组主要保证制作节目从签定合同到按时提交各个环节，也包括节目预算和节目质量的控制。

　　作为国家地理特别节目制作主管，玛莎为这个国家地理特别节目单元寻找故事发现优秀制作人，用独特的视角和讲述方式制作这些节目，控制制作的每个环节。

　　作为国家地理电视制作主管，玛莎的主要工作是管理国家地理频道国际的委托制作，为美国的频道开发新的高品质系列节目。自从1999年1月制作了一系列的优质纪录片。

　　Martha Conboy（U.S.A）

　　Senior supervising producer-third party programming, National Geographic Channels, Supervising producer-National Geographic Specials，Supervising Producer-National Geographic Television.

　　As senior supervising producer-third party programming, Martha’s job is to green light all Channels’ commissions on behalf of National Geographic Television. Additionally, to supervise a staff of eight to ensure that from contract to delivery all programs arrive on time, on budget and reflect the highest editorial standards.

　　As supervising producer of National Geographic Specials, Martha’s job is to find the stories and the filmmakers to make the Specials appointment television with equal portions of emotion and content and to oversee the films through all phases of development, production and post-production.

　　As supervising producer of National Geographic Television, she is to commission and supervise programming for the International Channels and to develop new strands and series for the highly anticipated U.S.Channel launch. Since January 1999, she’s overseen several multi-part series as part of the first signature programming for the international channels and also personally created two multi-part series for production.

　　Major awards she got include National Emmy Winner – Documentary, National Emmy Winner - Historical Documentary, DuPont Columbia Journalism Award, Jackson Hole Int'l Film Festival - Best Conservation Series, Int'l Wildlife Film Festival - Best TV Documentary, Houston Int'l Film Festival - Gold Award, Academy Award Nomination - Best Documentary Short Subject, etc.

　　克里斯·麦当劳（加拿大）

　　克里斯·麦当劳于1998年10月被指派为加拿大国际纪录片节“热纪录片”的执行总监。“热纪录片”加拿大国际纪录片节是北美洲最大的纪录片节。

　　克里斯出生于蒙特利尔，之后在多伦多上中学。在蒙特利尔的McGill大学获得电影研究学位。在担任“热纪录片”执行总监之前，克里斯在享有声誉的加拿大电影中心担任了五年的发展总监。1998年，他参与合作制片了由Tim Hamilton导演的获奖短电影Shrink。

　　在加拿大电影中心工作之前，克里斯曾为两家国家环境组织“污染探测器”和“特玛伽米野生社区”工作。现在他还是“远古森林勘察和研究组织”的志愿董事会成员，同时也是加拿大电影中心环球短电影节顾问委员会成员。

　　Chris McDonald （Canada）

　　Chris McDonald was appointed Executive Director of Hot Docs – Canadian International Documentary Festival in October of 1998. Chris was born in Montreal and later moved to Toronto to attend secondary school. He has a degree in Film Studies from McGill University in Montreal. Prior to Hot Docs, Chris was Development Director for five years at the prestigious Canadian Film Centre, the advanced film, television and new media training centre founded by director Norman Jewison. In 1998 he co-produced the award-winning short film SHRINK, directed by Tim Hamilton.

　　Prior to working at the CFC, Chris worked for two national environmental organizations, Pollution Probe and the Temagami Wilderness Society. He serves as a volunteer Board Member of the Ancient Forest Exploration and Research organization, and sits on the Advisory Committee for the Canadian Film Centre’s Worldwide Short Film Festival.

　　杰纳斯·基约夫斯基（波兰）

　　波兰著名电视电影导演、制片。

　　1948年12月14日生于波兰。1974年到1978年，先在华沙大学学习历史，后在Lodz电影学校学习导演。曾在比利时国家高级艺术学院担任导演教授，自1998年起在Lodz电影电视学校担任教授。

　　 现为波兰制片人协会副主席，布鲁塞尔欧洲音像理事联盟副主席。

　　 纳斯·基约夫斯基的作品曾获荷兰鹿特丹电影节大奖、捷克卡拉维法利电影节最佳导演奖等。

　　Janusz kijowski (Poland)

　　A film and TV director, producer.

　　Born on December 14,1948, in Szczecin.

　　Studied History at the Warsaw University and Directing at the Lodz Film School from 1974 to 1978.

　　He was a professor on directing at the Institut National Superieur des Arts du Spectacle in Belgium and since 1998 he works as professor in Film And TV School in Lodz.

　　Vice-president of the Association of Polish Filmmakers.

　　Vice-President of Federation Europeenne des Realisateurs d’Audiovisuel (FERA) – European Federation of Audiovisual Directors, Bruxelles.

　　Janusz Kijowski’s works have got Golden Camera, the Award of the Film Magazine, Grand Prix of International Film Festival in Rotterdam and Award for Best director, International Film Festival in Karlove Vary, etc.
