英国国宝级的小提琴大家 五年后肯尼迪再度来华

　　外型自由奔放的乐坛鬼才奈吉尔-肯尼迪不但是技巧高超的世界小提琴大师，亦是激情澎湃的爵士乐高手。他的维尔瓦第《四季》大碟，是史上最畅销的古典唱片，至今无人超越。这位才华漾溢的音乐家，游走在多种音乐之间，曾获奖无数，包括全英音乐奖之杰出音乐贡献奖及年度男艺人奖。

　　阔别大陆五年后，肯尼迪将再度来华，带来一场古典崇高与爵士热情相融的演奏会，曲目包括巴赫的小提琴无伴奏作品，和结合低音大提琴、吉它及打击乐器，演绎三十年代爵士乐传奇胖子沃勒的乐曲，向两位他至爱的大师致敬。

　　NIGEL KENNEDY – BACH meets FATS WALLER

　　Leap through time with virtuoso violinist Nigel Kennedy in a stunning musical programme that takes on Baroque and Jazz back to back.

　　Opening with Bach for solo violin, Kennedy then switches mode with his own startling arrangements of jazz legend Fats Waller’s works.

　　With an all-embracing repertoire that ranges from little known Polish violin concertos to the music of Jimi Hendrix, Kennedy, whose accolades include Outstanding Contribution to British Music and Male Artist of the Year at the UK Brit Awards, has never ceased to surprise audiences with his ingenious programming since he burst on to the scene with his best selling 1989 recording of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
