　　故事梗概：

　　故事发生在1999年澳门回归中国前后的几个月的时间里。影片通过澳门社会所特有的“土生群体”的视角，讲述了在那段时间里澳门的“土生族群”所面临的一次抉择。这是关于亲情、爱情、友情的抉择；也是关于种族、民族、血缘的抉择。

　　警员奥戈时常陷入困惑，父母都是中国人，自己却有一张中葡混血儿的面孔。无论奥戈怎样追问，母亲就是不肯说出真相。直到母亲病重住院，奥戈才从养父口中得知自己的生父在葡萄牙。“回归”前夕，奥戈踏上了葡萄牙这块既让他向往又陌生的土地，开始了自己的“问祖寻根”之路。

　　奥戈的母亲在他离开澳门后不久离开了人世。影片最后，奥戈回到了澳门，站在母亲的坟前……

　　故事寓意着大历史背景下个人的“身份认可”问题，与此同时，影片主人公的命运也折射出几百年来的殖民统治带给澳门这座小城光鲜外表下的伤痕。

　　Synopsis

　　The year is 1999 and Macau television ceaselessly informs the population of preparations for the upcoming handover. In the atmosphere of the changing society, when some submit to Chinese lessons and others consider emigration, the movie’s protagonist begins to investigate his own identity. Now more than ever he senses his Portuguese- Macanese roots, which always prevented him from feeling at home with his stepfather and sister. The title character’s pilgrimage opens up the theme of the search for personal and social identity on the threshold of postcolonial life; at the time of the transfer it represented a pressing issue for the majority of Macau’s inhabitants. In long, austere sequences imbued with melancholy, the narration captures feelings of dispossession, but it also offers hope, an ineluctable element of every quest.

张弛

　　张弛 出生于1977年，1996年考取中央戏剧学院导演系导演专业，2000年毕业。2000年至2004年就职于中国中央电视台担任编导。2004年至今,任职于中国电影家协会影视创作中心导演，中国电影家协会会员，中国电影文学创作委员会委员。2007年因编剧电影《东京审判》获金鸡奖最佳编剧奖；2008年编剧导演电影《地下的天空》，影片入选近百个国际影展，获得六项国际大奖。2009年受邀担任开罗国际电影节评委。2009-2010年编剧导演电影《奥戈》，影片入选45届卡罗维发利国际电影节主竞赛单元，影片拷贝被中国国家电影博物馆永久收藏。

　　Biography of Director:

　　Chi Zhang (b. 1977, Peking) studied film direction at the Central Academy of Drama and then worked as director of the Chinese national television company CCTV from 2000 to 2004. He then focused on film direction and screenwriting. In 2006, he added to his professional accolades when he won the Chinese annual prize（Golden Rooster Prize） for Best Screenplay for the film “Tokyo Trial“ (Dongjing shenpan, 2006). In 2008-2009, his feature film “The Shaft“(DIXIA DE TIANKONG, 2008) was selected by more than 100 international film festivals, and won the Best Director award and the Silver Prize for the film at Festival de Cine de Bogotá, the 1st Junior Jury Award at the 14th Lyon Asian Film Festival, the Jury Award at 2008 Marrakech International Film Festival, the NETPAC Jury Award of 2008 Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival，the Jury Award at 2009 Deauville Aisa Film Festival.“DIAGO“(AO GE, 2010) is his the second film on the international festival circuit.
