美国“动力”街舞团
街舞源于美国街头舞者的即兴舞蹈，节奏鲜明的RAP音乐，自由夸张的舞蹈动作，以及跳舞时散发的轻松欢快与不羁的感受，都使现代人非常着迷，并跃跃欲试。其节奏鲜明强烈，动作爆发力强，运动量大，充满青春活力。
美国“动力”街舞团是来自韦斯特赛德中学艺术舞蹈专业的杰出表演团体。女学员们接受过传统舞蹈、芭蕾舞、现代舞和爵士舞技艺的培训，男学员们则擅长街舞、霹雳舞、机械舞及锁舞。该团的表演风格和印象别具一格。
“动力”街舞团曾在全国舞蹈大汇演、全美中学生舞蹈节、休斯顿舞蹈节等重要赛事中荣获25个全美冠军头衔，多次获得编舞和技术类奖项。
INERTIA Dance Company of USA
Street dance is a dance style that has evolved outside dance studios in everyday spaces such as streets, parks and school yards. It is often improvisational and social in nature, encouraging interaction with spectators and other dancers. This dance style features free steps, passionate movements and R&B dance music.
Inertia is the elite performing ensemble of the Westside High School Fine Arts Dance Program. This unique group combines all elements of dance education. Consisting of girls trained in the traditional dance forms, ballet, modern dance and jazz techniques, with boys who specialize in street styles, break dance, house, popping and locking, Inertia displays a style and feel of all their own.
This group is nationally recognized with 25 MA National Championship titles, numerous choreography and technique awards, as well as invited presentations for the NDA National Dance Gala, National High School Dance Festival, Dance Houston, NBA San Antonio Spurs, and most recently the BCS National Title Game Halftime Show and Houston Symphony.
