今天,我早上七点就起床的,尽管觉得很累,我还是让自己在早早的起来。看看窗外,是个阴霾的清晨,所以我决定在室内做运动。
我以从房间跑步到健身房开始我今天的训练,要知道我住在酒店的10层!在健身房里,我又利用跑步机等健身器械运动了一个小时,随后又从健身房跑回我的房间。傍晚的时候,我还做了300个蹲起呢。

I woke up this morning at 7am although I was really tired I still made myself get up. I looked out of the window and it was a really rainy morning in the centre of London so I decided to try to work out inside. I started by running down the stairs to the gym (I am staying on the 10th Floor at the hotel!). I worked out in the gym using the cross trainer, running machine and stepper. I was in the gym for about one hour and then I run up the stairs to my room. Later this afternoon I intend to do 300 sit ups.
