I woke up this morning at 7am although I was really tired I still made myself get up. I looked out of the window and it was a really rainy morning in the centre of London so I decided to try to work out inside. I started by running down the stairs to the gym (I am staying on the 10th Floor at the hotel!). I worked out in the gym using the cross trainer, running machine and stepper. I was in the gym for about one hour and then I run up the stairs to my room. Later this afternoon I intend to do 300 sit ups.
