陶鑫良教授，从事法律研究、教学与律师事务十多年，现为教授、博士生导师、高级律师、仲裁员、专利代理人，担任上海大学知识产权学院院长，兼任国家中高级干部学法讲师团成员、上海市人民政府立法咨询专家、中国法学会知识产权法研究会常务理事兼副秘书长，中华全国律师协会知识产权专业委员会副主任，中国科技法学会常务理事兼副秘书长、中国高校知识产权研究会副理事长、上海市知识产权研究会副理事长、上海市商标协会副会长，上海律师协会知识产权法律研究会理事长等社会兼职，并被复旦大学、西北工大、台北政治大学、美国亚太法学研究院等大学与机构聘为特邀研究员和兼职教授。是中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、上海仲裁委员会等多个仲裁机构的仲裁员及域名调解专家。参加过中国《技术合同法》、《合同法》、《科技进步法》、《科技成果转化法》等多部法律、法规和上海等诸多地方法规和规章的制定、修改和研究活动，曾为国家与地方有关主管部门提供过大量的法律咨询意见。现应聘担任多家企业的法律顾问。曾代理大量知识产权、中外合资、经济或技术合同、房地产等诉讼或者非讼案件，其中知识产权诉讼及非讼案件有二百多件。尤其擅长于专利、商标、著作权、商业秘密、计算机软件与技术贸易、技术转让等知识产权各领域，也熟悉有关的经济、科技、民商及合同法律。

　　Introduction

　　Professor Tao Xinliang, being engaged in legal research, teaching, and lawyer practical affairs for more than ten years, now is working as a professor, supervisor of Dr., senior lawyer, arbitrator, and attorney of patent, still as the dean of Intellectual Property School of Shanghai University, the member of the teacher’s group of national junior & senior cadres’ legal learning, the legislative consulting expert of Shanghai Municipality, standing director & vice secretary-general of IP Law Research Commission of Chinese Legal Society, vice director of IP Commission of China National Lawyers’ Association, standing director & vice secretary-general of Science & Technology Law Society in China, vice director-general of Chinese Universities’ IP Research Commission, vice director-general of IP Research Commission of Shanghai, vice master of Trade Mark’s Society, director-general of IP Law Research Commission of Shanghai lawyers’ Society.

　　Professor Tao also has been invited as special researcher and part-time professor by Fudan University, Industry University of North-West China, Politics University of Taiwan, Pacific-Asia Law Institute of U.S.A. and other universities and institutes. Meanwhile, Professor Tao is to be the arbitrator and expert for the domain dispute’s arbitration of China International Economics & Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Arbitration Commission and other arbitration structures.

　　Professor Tao has taken part in many Acts, Rules’ legislation, amendment and research, such as Technology Contract law, Contract Law, Science & Technology’s Advancing Law, Achievements’ Transferred of Science & Technology Law etc. Professor Tao has ever given large number of legal suggestions to the national and local governmental departments.

　　For the time being,　 Professor Tao has been the legal consultant for many enterprise for his successfully deputizing a great number of action and non-action cases, which include the fields of IP, joint-venture, economics, technology contract and estates and so on, among them the cases related IP have reached two hundred. Professor Tao is especially good at cases about paten, trade mark, copyright, know-how, computer software, technology trade, technology transferred and other related areas, also, Professor Tao is quite familiar with related economics, technology, civil & commercial and contract law.
