　　慈文影视是中国第一批被授电视剧制作许可证（甲种）的民营公司，公司成立于1999年，现在已经发展成为年生产电视剧200小时、电影1-2部的全方位影视制作集团，在全国设有多家分支和关联控股机构。

　　慈文影视一直坚持走精品路线，制作针对不同收视地区和群体的优秀影视作品，目前出品并拥有版权的作品有100余部近三千集，其中多部大戏获得了国际和国内的艺术大奖。根据AC尼尔森和央视索福瑞的数据统计：03年至09年期间，慈文影视生产的电视剧在国内各大电视台均位居收视排行榜的前列；海外，慈文作品在台湾地区播出的同类剧目中收视排名第一，在香港地区的收视位列第二。

　　Ciwen Picture was established in 1999. It is the first group of recognized companies being granted the A-grade drama production permit by PRC government. Ciwen produces around 200 hours of TV drama series and 1-2 movies annually. To catch up with the company development, Ciwen also sets up numerous subsidiaries to support their core business.

　　To sustain the premium and high quality production, Ciwen has pinpointed different programs based on audience specific geographical and demographical characteristics. Consequently, it becomes the market leader in China. It holds and owns more than 100 programs (approximately 3000episodes) of which some of them are awarded in China and foreign countries. As referred to the market research that conducted by AC Nelson and CSM during 2003 and 2009, most of Ciwen programs gained top ratings in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
