约瑟夫.莱维奇

　　Frank-Dieter Freiling 博士目前任德国ZDF电视台国际事务部总监。1963年出生于德国的Herborn。

　　1983年至1989年期间曾就读于法兰克福Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe大学，威尔士大学及路德维希大学的历史法律系并参加了州级法律考试。1987至1994年他担任法兰克福报纸的自由撰稿人主要负责国际贸易及国际发展援助方面的内容。随后，获国际法的博士学位并在Hessia 州做了一些法律方面的工作。

　　1993年至1995年担任汉堡Gruner & Jahr AG公司的 CEO助理。1995至1997年任人物周刊杂志的经理代表，总经理兼发行人。1997年至2000年又任德国ZDF电视台国际协调计划项目的总负责人。2000年2月起一直担任德国ZDF电视台国际事务部总监。

　　值得一提的是1998年至2000年之间Frank-Dieter Freiling 博士参与过许多国际会议及项目，1998年成为IJP咨询委员会的创始人并任董事会主席及发言人。随后在2000年又加入了欧洲广播联盟及南非广播协会的行政委员会及监督委员会。2003年至2005年担任德国电视台董事会主席。
