慈善拍卖CHARITY AUCTION

　　为迎接中国儿童慈善日，本次100%的拍卖及捐款全部捐给中国儿童少年基金会的项目春蕾计划，用于资助贫困失学的女童重返校园。

　　In support of the up coming China Children Charity Day on June 22nd, 100% of the Charity Auction’s proceeds will go the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund (CCTF) Spring Buds Project to assist girls of poor areas of China to return to school.

　　中国儿童少年基金会成立于1981年，是中国的第一个慈善组织。在过去的23年中，中国儿童少年儿童基金会致力于为中国儿童的教育及福利事业，特别是广大农村及少数民族地区。伴随始于1989年的春蕾计划，中国儿童基金会已经赞助了超过二百二十万的女童的教育及职业培训。

　　CCTF (China Children and Teenagers’ Fund) was created in 1981 as the first charitable foundation in China. Over the last 23 years, CCTF has been striving for the education and welfare of Chinese children, especially those in rural and ethnic minority areas. With the Spring Blossom project (launched in 1989), CCTF have sponsored over 2.2 million girls in their education and career training.

　　AUCTION RULES

　　1) To enter a bid, a bidder will raise his/her number directing the signal to the auctioneer.

　　参与竞拍时，竟拍人应直接向拍卖师局数字标示牌。

　　2) In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the buyer or re-offer the article in dispute.

　　一旦在竟拍人中出现争端，拍卖师可作出最终裁决；裁定竟拍成功方或针对次拍卖品重新竟拍。

　　3) On the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer, the title of the article will pass to the highest bidder.

　　在拍卖锤落下之际，竟拍品即由出价最高的竟拍人获得。

　　4) All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted.

　　所有的买卖皆为一锤定音，不允许任何更换拍卖品或退还拍卖品的事件。

　　5) All auction items must be paid for in full within 24 hours to China Children and Teenagers’ Fund. Bank information stated as below.

　　6) By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against Quintessentially (UK) Beijing Representative Office, China Children and Teenagers’ Fund, Christie’s and/or the donor of property or service.

　　拍卖完成后，竟拍人不再追究英国精英会北京代表处，中国儿童少年基金会，佳士得或捐曾者有关拍卖品的任何责任。
